Message from the President
Our clients will tell you that for 21 years, PRWT’s Business Process Solutions (BPS) team has earned their trust and continued business because we perform well each and every day as their operating partner. The fact that our clients rely on us, to some extent, explains our winning track record in the marketplace. However as I see it, there is much more to this impressive story than simply performance and customer loyalty. It is our company values, our people and committed partners who have written this story of success further solidifying our position as one of the country’s largest minority-owned firms and geared to do even more as a provider of business process solutions going forward.
Foundation values like customer-care, teamwork, integrity, diversity, quality, and operational excellence have taken BPS a long way. More than corporate success, invariably, these core values and their dynamic use on a daily basis, ensure quick response to and resolution of operating issues, leverage management’s unique operating insights, inspire client trust , and ultimately help us deliver award-winning performance.
Let me also tell you about my greatest sources of pride: the staff and management team here at BPS. They are experienced, innovative, and above all, dedicated. Whether a large-scale document-processing project for a Fortune 100 company, or busy inbound call center for a municipal government, when given the opportunity, BPS employees are expert at getting the job done. Through continuous improvement processes and applying precise measurement of results, my team has met and continues to exceed every imaginable customer service test. Strategic partnerships with ACS, Jones Lang LaSalle, and others remain essential to our success. Regardless of the client’s administrative challenge or processing issue, clients count on the BPS team and partners to innovate, leverage and implement technology solutions which will advance their business goals, increase efficiencies, and save money.

Now, we are writing the newest chapter in the life of BPS and the national brand that is PRWT. The original storyline has surely expanded, highlighting new product, new service offerings, and accomplishment in healthcare, insurance, domestic outsourcing, and the broader commercial marketplace. But what continues to make us proud and excited is the lasting moral of this twenty-one year long story of corporate success.
